Request to add new packages to kernel, kernel-dkms packagesets

Hi,

There are several new dkms packages that got synced to the distro, so 
I'm requesting to add them to the kernel-dkms packageset. Here's all the 
new ones I could find:

Additionally, due to some recent-ish personnel changes we'd like to add 
some packages to the kernel packageset, so that the wider team could 
better work on these:

firmware-sof
dkms
ubuntu-drivers-common
wireless-regdb
