add lubuntu-installer-prompt to Lubuntu packageset

Since the request looks straight forward and reasonable, I've added it
to the packageset.

$ ./edit-acl add -s lubuntu-installer-prompt -S noble -P lubuntu
Added:
lubuntu-installer-prompt
