please add librem-ec-acpi-dkms to the dkms package set

Oh yes, indeed, sounds a bit more efficient. :)

I'll check all the dkms and send a single email with the list of those
that are still not part of the dkms group.

Ideally I'd say everything that is listed by `apt rdepends dkms` should
be automatically part of the dkms group. I'm not sure if this can/should
be automated. At the moment I don't see any exception to this rule.
