please add librem-ec-acpi-dkms to the dkms package set

librem-ec-acpi-dkms is the kernel driver to support EC ACPI in Purism
Librem devices.

The package provides a kernel module (librem_ec_acpi.ko) that is
installed and built like any other dkms, so it should be considered part
of the dkms group.

Ideally this should be part of the dkms group for the releases >= Jammy.
