Request for xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt to be added to the Lubuntu packageset

Hello, and thank you for your time.

xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt is a backend implementation for 
xdg-desktop-portal that uses Qt, KDE Frameworks, and libfm-qt. It is 
seeded in Lubuntu and is an LXQt component. Currently, however, it is 
not part of the Lubuntu packageset, making it difficult for Lubuntu 
developers without MOTU rights (like myself) to update it. As it is an 
LXQt component that Lubuntu uses, I would like to request that it be 
added to the Lubuntu packageset to allow myself and other Lubuntu 
developers to be able to update it without needing assistance from a MOTU.
