Request for xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt to be added to the Lubuntu packageset

Thank you, Seb and Lukasz, for the +1s. I've gone ahead and added the
package to the packageset:

$ edit-acl add -s xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt -S lunar -P lubuntu
Added:
xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt

$ edit-acl add -s xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt -S kinetic -P lubuntu
Added:
xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt
