I completely agree. I find this very frustrating, too. I do sometimes
need to think for a minute, especially if the situation has become
challenging. And of course it takes time to type a message. But it
really does often feel that others are simply not paying attention, and
this is causing the meeting to drag out far longer than is necessary.
