Gain PPU status on packages I maintain in debian

You will need to put yourself on the DMB agenda under PPU rights for us
to consider.  Which means you still have to go through the PPU rights
application process.  Per the aforementioned link:

 > To exercise this process, the DD should first be an existing Ubuntu
developer, for example by applying for PPU as per the above process or
by joining the MOTU team if interest is broad.

You'll need to create an application page on the Ubuntu Wiki under your
user account space and file the application there yourself.  You may be
the Debian maintainer, or the DD, but you will need to address the case
of applying for access separately here in Ubuntu as the processes differ
a little for package updates and such unlike Debian's processes.
