I am aware of the request to submit the application at least a week before
the meeting during which my application is considered. However, I was
hoping you would be willing to consider my application during the next
meeting on September 6 as I have a week of +1 maintenance work starting on
September 13. I completely understand if this is too short notice, and
would be happy to move my application to September 20.
