No need for a rule. I'm just trying to set what I think are reasonable
expectations about available DMB time and time commitments. It's fine if
you disagree, but hopefully this should help you understand what I
consider to be a reasonable time commitment to the DMB, and my personal
minimum commitment that I endeavour to maintain when time is tight.
