Rescheduling regular DMB meeting day/time

We have responses so far from me, Rafael, and Lukasz.

I suggest we collect all responses this coming Monday, Nov 8, and I'll
suggest some possible day/time slots to reschedule the meeting to, and
we can try to reach a consensus sometime later in the week.

Those members who haven't provided any preferred days/times, please
speak up before Monday if you have input to provide.
