I am unable to attend any meeting at 11:30UTC because that's when I'm 
still waking up and getting ready for my work day (and every work day 
there's usually Chaos that happened overnight that needs my attention), 
regardless of the day it's on.  11:30 UTC equates to 7:30AM on my time, 
and that's when i'm still getting ready for the day (weekdays) or *just* 
starting to wake up (weekends) or when I'm still asleep (**weekends**).

I will be unable to be at either meeting, but if there is no quorum for 
DMB members being available on that day, we can always move this to an 
email mailing list interview and vote.
