Hi DMB,

I hereby apply for membership in the ~ubuntu-core-dev team.

I have added myself to the agenda, hopefully my application can be
reviewed and discussed, not at the meeting next Monday (too short a
notice), but at the following one on schedule, on the 2nd of November.
