We do, and it's done :)

We concluded in the past that for a minor admin oversight and a
reasonably prompt request (eg. not requesting restoration many months
later), no further process was required.

So I just checked dates of expiry and restored you on that basis. Your
MOTU membership is just symbolic now, but I restored that for you as
well anyway.
