[TB/DMB] PPU addition for ~alkisg

In preparation for the decommissioning and removal of the edubuntu
packageset, please add these packages to the PPU for ~alkisg, who is
one of the last members of the edubuntu-dev team, and still needs to
retain upload rights for these packages:

  for r in $(distro-info --supported); do
    edit-acl -p alkisg -s $pkg -S $r add
  done
done
