handsome_feng - UbuntuKylin application (interview meeting)

Quick update:
The DMB team will resume the vote for handsome_feng, starting next week
(Week of Feb 17th). We apologize for the delay.

I want to reiterate that "handsome_feng" has 2 x "+1" so far (from sil2100
and myself, slashd) and those 2 votes remain valid.
