Please add bchoppr and bslizr to ubuntustudio packageset

Hi all,

Please add bchoppr and bslizr to the ubuntustudio packageset. They were
recently approved by the AAs (took a month) and, due to a GCC 10
incompatibility that was unforseen during the initial upload, FTBFS. I
have the fix from upstream ready on both packages.

These are audio plugins, so it's perfectly sensible to have them in the
ubuntustudio packageset.
