package set application for ~ubuntu-mozilla-uploaders

Hi DMB,

I hereby request membership in the ~ubuntu-mozilla-uploaders team (mozilla
package set).

I have added myself to the agenda, hopefully my application can be reviewed
and discussed, not at the next meeting on Monday (too short a notice), but
at the following one on the schedule, on the 20th of April.
