Please vote by email: Rosco2 and the ubuntustudio packageset

In yesterday's DMB meeting[1] we were unable to reach a conclusion on
the following motion:

    Please vote on: give Rosco2 upload rights to the ubuntustudio
    packageset - so to the current packageset and however it will look
    in the nearest future

The votes recorded so far are as follows:

<rbasak> -1 for reasons already stated
<cyphermox> +1
sil2100> +1
<slashd> +1

One further vote +1 is required for the motion to pass. Could the
DMB members absent from yesterday's meeting please vote?
