Please add new applications to the MATE package set

Hi all,

I'd to request some source packages be added to the MATE package set:

  * `indicator-notifications` will be seeded by Ubuntu MATE. I'm working
with the upstream developer.
  * `folder-color` The Caja extension is currently seeded in Ubuntu MATE. I
have a good relationship with the upstream developer and they've requested
I help with timely uploads to the archive for `folder-color`,
`folder-color-caja`, `folder-color-common` and `folder-color-nemo`

I've added all the folder-color packages to `supported` in the
ubuntu-mate.eoan seeds.
