Applying for coredev

Hi Dan,

Yes, I was planning for that and originally even set the date to Nov 5
but due to the upcoming daylight savings fro Brazil the time gets
pretty close to my EOD, so I opted for the meeting on Nov 19 which is
earlier on the day. Also it seems that 2 DMBs will be out on Nov 5, so
Nov 19 has a higher chance of getting the right quorum anyway.
