Per Package Developer Application on behalf of Ubuntu Budgie

 Hi all.

 I would like to apply for Per Package Upload or equivalent rights on
 behalf of Ubuntu Budgie.
 My application is

 Initially I had put my name down for the 28th Aug meeting - but given
 the application log-jam I self bumped to the 11th Sept.  I hope that
 day is still available.  Please advise if otherwise.
