My plan is:

1. Be far more responsive to new bug reports and try and triage new bugs
within 48 hours
2. Work through the current backlog by prioritizing based on size of
impact and also by clearing the backlog of "low-hanging fruit" small bugs.
3. Report new issues upstream where necessary.
