Please add sgt-launcher to the xubuntu packageset

Hello Ubuntu Developers!

Xubuntu has added a new package [1] to the archive and our seed starting
with zesty and would like to have it added to our packageset [2] so we can
continue to maintain it.  Please refresh the xubuntu packageset and add
"sgt-launcher".
