please add inkscape to my PPU list

Hi,

I just noticed that inkscape is another one of the packages I maintain
in Debian but it's in main in Ubuntu¹.
I'm a MOTU and I already have 2 other pakcages in main for which I have
PPU rights.

Thank you in advance.



¹ what I wanted to do now was a sync from experimental, as I would like
  more exposure to the new inkscape release, but I didn't want to upload
  to unstable due to the upcoming Debian freeze (even if I'd love to
  have it in stretch).
