Gunnar,

The PPU additions you requested are finally ready. Sorry for the delay.
Please let me know if you have any problems.

For the rest of the DMB, I have documented this at

I've also duplicated Gunnar's previously existing ACL entries to the
personal-gunnarhj packageset, so now we only have to maintain it in one
place.

We can clean up by asking the TB to remove Gunnar's direct PPU ACLs at
some point, as they are all now included via the personal-gunnarhj
packageset.
