Request per-Package upload rights for DPDK

Dear DMB,
hereby I formally apply for per package upload rights to DPDK.
I prepared an application template at [1]

Regarding the Schedule it seems and I hope there is enough free space on
Aug the 29th.
If not just let me know when it would work - only the 15th won't work as it
is:
a) to short a notice for most of us
b) I'm on vacation at that time

It would be great if you could confirm if this application got added to the
agenda of Aug 29th or another day so I could block my personal schedules
according.

On the current agenda [2] it wasn't quite clear if that was meant for the
15th or the 23rd.
So I stepped back from the recommended "Add your name, the team to which
you are applying and the date of the meeting to the Developer Membership
Board Agenda." to avoid screwing up your planning. Since I'm PTO then it
would be great if one of you could add me at whatever the confirmed date
will be.
