Please add seeded packages to the xubuntu trusty packageset

Greetings Ubuntu Developers,

The following packages are seeded by Xubuntu, but do not appear to be
included in the xubuntu trusty packageset.  Please include these
packages in the packageset.

 - light-locker
 - light-locker-settings
 - menulibre
 - mugshot
 - xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin
