MOTU application for jackson doak

Hello everyone,

I would like to apply (again) for MOTU, as well as the xubuntu and
ubuntu-gnome (or desktop-extra if that's the better one) packagesets, at
the next 19UTC meeting. My wiki page for this is at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Noskcaj#MOTU . I apologise for anything outdated on
the page, as it is mostly just for tracking testimonials.
