Copy virt package set to precise, saucy, and trusty

Hi,

I recently got PPU rights for the (also new) virt package set. Right now this
only exists for utopic. But being useful (at least for maintaining Xen) I would
need the rights to upload to precise, saucy, and trusty as well.
Could the package set get created for those releases and ubuntu-virt-dev
(through which I think I inherit the PPU rights) get granted the rights to
upload for them.
