Right there seems to be quite a bit of overlap with the edubuntu 
packageset. But certainly I would expect upload rights to things like 
gnome-shell, mutter, gjs, etc. At the same time most of these things are 
covered by MOTU and/or desktop-extras

Perhaps I just do that? although it would be good to get a proper 
solution in the long term, as it stands currently, its probably ricotz 
is the only other person on our team that would likely be applying for 
upload rights.
