Please add libvirt-python to the ubuntu-server package set

We're getting the sets transferred to the DMB so that they can be
managed by us in the future. See technical-board@ archives over the last
couple of days. Until that's done, it requires the TB.

Our process does require you to mail this list though, for
accountability. Otherwise additions are quick.
