Hello DMB members!

I hereby apply for PPU rights for package ubuntu-docs.

I already have PPU rights for two other packages, so I have written a
*very* short application:

Don't know if this is a proper way to request that ubuntu-docs is added
to the list; please let me know if it's not.

I will attend the meeting on February 10, if I'm not told otherwise.
