Request for upload rights to the ubuntugnome package set

Hi,

The Technical Board approved the Ubuntu GNOME proposal to join the
list of recognized Ubuntu flavors today. Therefore I'd like to
formally request upload rights for the new ubuntugnome package set.

My existing upload rights are to the MOTU, ubuntu-desktop and
desktop-extra sets.

Even though we don't seed all of the packages in desktop-extra, I
guess that package set is now obsolete.
