Please grant PPU permissions for the bzr package set

Hi all,
Thanks for the timely clarification. As you might have guessed, I
asked that question for a specific reason. I'd like to request to be
given permissions to upload packages from the bzr package set:
http://people.canonical.com/~stgraber/package_sets/saucy/bzr
Most are in universe, where I already have upload permissions, but
both bzr and bzrtools are in main. In Debian, I am now (unfortunately)
the only uploader for bzr as well as the main uploader of most of its
plugins.
