Application for upload rights to Ubuntu Server package set, ~ubuntu-server-dev and MOTU

Hi All-


Please find my application [1] for upload rights to Ubuntu server and 
MOTU.  I'm also applying for membership to the  ~ubuntu-server-dev team, 
as a number of packaging branches I help maintain on are hosted there.

I will wait for the DMB to announce its next meeting on the wiki before 
adding myself to the agenda.
