Applying for core-dev

Hello my friends,

I think the time has come for me to apply to become a Core Developer. At
least I hope so!

I'm putting myself on the agenda for July 2nd now. I know there's only
one endorser ATM; hopefully more will turn up before (or else I'll
silently disappear from the list…).
