PPU application for input method related packages

Dear board,

I would like to apply for PPU for input method related packages, which
could forms a package set. I was planning to form a team for cjk
related packages, but I think we can adjust the package set and form a
team later, so this time I apply for PPU for one of the core stuff of
CJK packages (input methods).

The name of the package set could be "input-method", and the packages
included in the set should be input method components or directly
related to normal operation of input method. The initial list of
packages are:
 1. im-config: http://packages.qa.debian.org/i/im-config.html
 2. packages listed on IME Packaging Team's QA page:
