Application for developer membership

Hi,

I figure it's high time I apply to become an Ubuntu Developer.

My application is at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AndrewPollock/DeveloperApplication, and I figure
from reading the process that I should present myself at the Developer
Membership Board meeting on the 18th of May.

I'm unclear on if I should go editing/creating an agenda item for that
meeting while the agenda for the 11th is still up there.
