Core developer application

I am applying for core developer permissions.  My application is here:

I will add my application to the DMB agenda page, although it still currently
states the next meeting is December 6th.  I understand that a December 20th
meeting is contingent on establishing pre-Christmas quorum.  If that can't be
met I am of course happy to attend the first meeting in 2011.
