Application for MOTU: Christian Mangold

Hello,

I still think that it makes sense for me to become a MOTU, so I will keep up 
my application.

Unfortunately the next meeting is again at 15 UTC and they will never let me 
leave work earlier a second time. I know that it is not appreciated to process 
the application via mail, so I will try to attend the meeting using an 
internet cafe or something else. Normally I should be available at 15.30 UTC, 
but it is possible that I cannot make it early enough, so please don't be 
angry with me, if I am not there.
