Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gparted

I tried to install 6.10 alternate server install on my DL380, but due to a known bug i cannot get the cpqarray driver to load on boot.
The live-cd however runs fine, and reports the correct size for the raid 5 array.
It mentions the fact that it cannot accurately recognize the size of the disk, but that's possibly the seccond array the controller is exporting, as that one is recognized as 0, (as it should be, since that array has no disks)

The 7.04 server cd however is unable to detect the size for both arrays, and thus cannot install.
Manual paritioning or guided partitioning both fail.

This is a regression on 6.10.
7.04 is however needed to avoid the kernel bug that stops the cpqarray module to load correctly on 6.10.

** Affects: gparted (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
