[Bug 96153] rhythmbox hangs between songs when not connected to the internet

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

If I am not connected to the internet rhythmbox hangs for a few seconds
between every track. I know it is hung as every button is unresponsive.

this is with rhythmbox version 0.9.8-0ubuntu2
