[Bug 96044] bug #65028 still exists in feisty

Bug #65028 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/65028) still exists in
feisty beta. This bug concerned not being able to change screen
brightness in gnome-power-manager.

There was a fix posted to the edgy eft version of this bug (sudo mv /bin/sh /bin/sh.bak
sudo ln -s /bin/bash /bin/sh). I can apply this same fix in Feisty beta, and I can change brightness in gnome-power-manager.

On a somewhat related , but also completely unrelated, note, my screen
brightness applet doesn't work before or after the fix.

Hardware note: I'm running a sony vaio laptop.
