It's the same to me. Yesterday I did a clean install with the new feisty-beta (2.6.20-12-generic). When the kernel is being loaded the numlock and capslock leds do not work anymore when numlock or capslock are pressed. -- Numlock and Capslock-LED do not work https://launchpad.net/bugs/88628
