Ok, Sorry for not being complete the first time, I am new at this, so I have to find my way a little :) thank you for your patience.
I will try to give the information you asked.
First the result of uname -a>

ubuntu at ubuntu:~$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 2.6.20-12-generic #2 SMP Wed Mar 21 20:55:46 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux

next I will attach the files: sudo-lspci-vvnn.log and dmesg.log packed
into an archive.
