[Bug 94999] no GDM XDMCP login screens from remote computer

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gdm

with feisty it isn't possible anymore to connect via GDM XDMCP to other
computers running edgy eft.

And feisty doesn't show me the available computer list to connect to. I
have to put in the IP manually. After pushing connect there is a black
screen and a mouse curser (looks like an X). Nothing comes after that.
