[Bug 94791] custom colors for active and inactive are too similar

Binary package hint: gnome-themes

In human theme, active selected items are very easy to tell apart from
inactive because the latter have a distinct grey tint:

However, in custom themes (clearlooks for example) they look almost the
same:

Please, give inactive items more distinct a hue.
