[Bug 94703] Evince does not open pdf files if they do not have a 'pdf' extension

Binary package hint: evince

If a pdf files does not have a pdf extension, evince cannot open it
giving theis error message:

Unable to open document
Unhandled MIME type

if I add the extension, then it opens it without a problem. It is
annoying because some sites generate pdf files without pdf extensions
(like Journey Planner http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk, which generates
FILELOAD file for maps) and it is impossible to open them. I have to
download it and add the extension.
