Well, your call I guess. But I would agree if I had selected 'file|new
window' after asking evo to quit. I hadn't though, I went to the
applications menu and started a new copy: its an implementation choice
of the evo developers that that happens to activate the same process; as
a user, in my model, its definately not the same program.
